    Buscamos a un Manager para Ecommerce (VTEX) y Pauta Digital (Facebook, Google) para de Blush-Bar

    Colombia y Chile. Esta persona debe tener mínimo 3 años de experiencia directa en e-commerce con un

    track record de resultados tangibles de crecimiento de un negocio de ecommerce y específicamente en

    el manejo de Pauta Digital. Debe demostrar al menos 2 años de experiencia directa en resultados de

    pauta digital. Pasión por la categoría de cosméticos sería un plus pero no es requerido.

    Responsabilidades incluyen:

    • Ejecución del presupuesto de medios Online, responsabilidad por los resultados de programas de

    pauta y por excelencia en la presentación de resultados y priorización de programas

    • Manejo diario de implementaciones VTEX, tienda Online

    • Cumplimiento de presupuesto de ventas y costos de Tienda Online, manejo del P&G y facturación,

    inventario, servicio al cliente

    • Manejo de indicadores de gestión de Tienda Online

    • Diseño e implementación de la estrategia de mercadeo digital para generar tráfico y conversión a

    la Tienda Online; diseño e implementación de estrategia comercial

    • Ejecución del mercadeo de la Tienda Online consistente con el ADN de Blush-Bar y las prioridades

    de la marca y la Directora General

    • Manejo de la cadena de abastecimiento de la tienda Online (planeación, inventarios, óptimos)

    • Manejo del cargue de productos y banners y nuevos proyectos a la Tienda Online (p.e., nuevos

    lanzamientos, manejos de precios e inventarios, manejo de nuevos banners y diseños)

    • Manejo de relaciones con todas nuestras marcas para la tienda Online

    • Trabajo con diseño gráfico para la creación de piezas pauta digital

    • Implementar la dirección y prioridades de la Directora General

    We’re looking for a hands-on builder and leader to help launch and scale special projects.

    New Verticals is a new, lean team at DoorDash.  We’re building and scaling new ways to delight our customers, leveraging the DoorDash platform.

    What You’ll Do 

    • Build.  You’ll have your fingerprints all over DoorDash’s next big business.  You’ll do whatever it takes to launch, get 1% better every day, and scale something completely new.  This means everything from high-level strategy to nitty-gritty operational details.
    • Strategize.  From first principles, you’ll develop the optimal strategy for best serving our customers.
    • Analyze.  You’ll assess the operational and financial impacts of your decisions, and iterate based on data. 
    • Lead and collaborate.  You’ll work with a cross-functional team, including engineering, product, design, operations, finance, and marketing to build this new line of business for DoorDash.

    About You

    • You solve problems from first principles.  You’re excited to solve problems in innovative ways, and you resist “this is how it’s always been done” thinking.
    • You’re equally comfortable operating at 10,000 feet and 1 foot.  You don’t hesitate to get in the weeds and operate at the lowest level of detail, but you’re just as comfortable thinking long-term and inspiring a team. No job is beneath you.
    • You’re unafraid of ambiguity.  Rapid change and learning is exciting to you, and you thrive in ambiguous, startup environments
    • You’re analytical.  You let data win arguments, and you’re comfortable pulling your own data in SQL or modeling in Excel.
    • You’re relentless.  You do what it takes to win, no matter what.
    • You have 3+ years of experience.  You’ve succeeded in high-performance cultures (whether in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or a related experience).
    • You’re open to travel.  This role will require 20%+ travel time.

    Bonus Points

    • You have experience starting or scaling a successful startup.
    • You have a demonstrated interest in logistics, on-demand services, and marketplaces.
