Course Description
This course attempts to demystify how to compete in rapidly changing and complex environments where innovation and change are the key driving factors for success. The course topics include how to link innovators with assets and teams to drive strategies that create innovation.
From creating organizational efficiencies and commercializing technology to building innovation ecosystems and fostering open-source innovation, this course offers best practices for managing complex projects and partnerships by using real-world examples.
