Climate: The New Ways to Power the Planet
Between alarming reports from the scientific community on the effects of climate change and the practical implications on energy security raised by the most recent conflict between Russia and the War in Ukraine, 2022 headlines have highlighted the urgent need for change. The call to action is clear: we need to drastically rethink the way we consume resources on this planet to ensure our collective future. Effective climate and energy transition stems from rapidly scaling proven approaches and harnessing innovative solutions across multiple sectors including energy, transport, buildings, and industry. Meet the Lauder Alumni who are defining the new ways we power our planet to address the effects of climate change and curb destabilizing resource wars. Organized by Adriel Barrett-Johnson '23 and Moshe Emilio Lavi '23.
