Interested in connecting with other Lauder women? We are considering creating an affinity group for Lauder women to support one another on professional, personal, and family issues as we progress through our careers. Many of us step on and off the career path at different points to care for children, parents or ourselves, while others work right through challenging periods. Many of us have leveraged our Lauder values to travel, learn and build relationships with other Lauder alums. 

Whatever your life stage or professional interest, if you feel you would benefit by connecting more closely with other Lauder women online and/or in person, join us for an exploration of this LIAA-supported affinity group.
